Directions:
Empty 1 - 2 bags seasoned bread crumbs into
a large mixing bowl and set aside.

Take your chicken broth, 1 stick butter, small onion,
2 - 3 stalks celery cut into small pieces, 2 cups
of warm water and put into cooking pan. Add giblets to this mixture and simmer for about 1 hour...until it is well cooked. Giblets can be just
chicken livers/gizzaards/hearts or giblets usually inside turkey on holidays.

Pour all of this over bread crumbs...until crumbs
are all moist...do not add all of liquid if not needed
to moisten crumbs....I use a strainer so I can add
giblets to part of the crumbs and leave some plain.
Put into roaster pan and bake in oven at 350º for
at least 2 - 3 hours....makes sure flavor cooks all
through.
