Braciole meat, beef round
seasoned bread crumbs
hard boiled eggs
pine nuts
raisins
homemade tomato sauce
olive oil
slices of provolone cheese
string for tying.

Directions:
Directions:
Pound the meat into thin strips. In a bowl combine seasoned bread crumbs, sliced hard boiled eggs, raisins, pine nuts, a piece of cheese and olive oil just enough to moisten together. Roll the filling into a piece of meat making a few. Tie with string so stuffing doesn't come out. Brown all sides in a little oil in a frying pan. About 15 minutes. Then place in your pot of tomato sauce until meat is done. About another 30 min.
