Ingredients:  
Pick your favorite vegetables to grill (Zucchini, Summer Squash, Bell peppers, Mushrooms, Eggplant, etc.)

For the marinade-
1/2 Cup chopped basil
1/2 Cup olive oil
3 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Cloves Garlic-chopped
1 Tbsp Sage (powder or fresh)
3 Tbsp Chives
Salt & Pepper to taste

Depending on the amount of vegetables you use the recipe might need to be doubled.

Directions:
Directions:
Place prepared vegetables into a large container or large plastic bag. Sprinkle basil over vegetables. Mix marinade ingredients & pour over vegetables. Marinate for 1 hour & grill.
