1 spiral sliced smoked ham 7-8 lbs.
1 T. butter
3 apples cored and cut into 1/2" pieces
1 c. dried cranberries
3/4 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1/4 c. dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare ham according to package directions.
In large skillet melt butter over med. heat. Add apples, cook stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly browned. 5-7 min.
Add cranberries, juice and mustard. Cook , stirring occasionally, until liquid is evaporated. Serve with ham.

I typically do seafood for Chrismtas Eve. Italian style is "The Feast of the 7 Fish". However, on Christmas Day this is an excellent American dish served with all the trimmings.
