1 box mincemeat
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp rum flavoring
1 c. mayonnaise
1-1/2 c. buttermilk
3 c. sifted flour
1-1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
grated rind of orange

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325º. Mix mincemeat, walnuts, vanilla and rum flavoring. Let Stand.

Blend mayo and buttermilk. Over Mayo mixture add sifted flour, sugar, soda, salt and orange rind. Mix thoroughly.

Stir mincemeat mixture into batter, Pour into 9-inch tube pan, the bottom of which has been lined with brown paper.

Bake for 2 hours.
