1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
2 T. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cake
2 8oz. packages softened cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs seperated
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon juice

Crust:
Mix the ingredients well and press into the bottom of a spring form pan.
Cake:
Combine cream cheese and sugar, beat well. Add yolks and beat until light. Add sour cream, vanilla and lemon juice mix well. turn into the crumb lined pan and bake 300º, for 1 hour. Turn oven off and open the door, let cake rest for 1/2 hour. Chill well and garnish with dark red bing cherries.

Lily and Ben's Great Grandmother, aka GiGi. It's so wonderful to share our table with 4 generations.
Grandma says this recipe is very old. She made it every time she and Pop Pop went to their square dancing parties way back when. Lily has inherited GiGi's dancing feet and now this recipe too.
