Sauce:
2 T. honey
2 tsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. lime zest
Quesadilla:
1 c. sliced peaches
1 T. chives
1 tsp. brown sugar
3 oz. thinly sliced brie
4 tortillas
cooking spray
Directions:
Directions:
For the sauce, combine all the ingredients and set aside.
For the Quesadillas, combine peaches, chives and sugar and toss. Heat skillet med-hi. Arrange cheese and peaches on the tortillas and fold in half. Cook in the pan until brown on both sides. Cut into wedges and serve with the sauce and more chives for garnish optional.
