2 c. Seasoned breadcrumbs
6 T. olive oil
3 cloves minced garlic
3 T. sugar or to taste
fresh parsley
salt and pepper
1 lb. cooked spaghetti
anchovy fillets minced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Toast the breadcrumbs in a skillet on low heat with sugar until light brown, keep mixing well about 4 min and remove. Heat oil in a skillet, add anchovies if desired, parsley and minced garlic for 2 min. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with breadcrumbs and serve over pasta.

This recipe is typically served on the Feast of St. Joseph which is March 19th. It's a Sicilian dish and very simplistic. Also, served on Good Friday. Some Sicilians add a little tomato paste to the skillet.
