1 c. flour
1 c. corn meal
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs (beat separately)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, corn meal, salt and baking powder twice. Add beaten
eggs, honey and oil. Grease pans with crisco. Preheat pans in
425º oven. Cook for 10-15 minutes, until muffins rise.
