3 Cups Sliced Peacher (can or Fresh) sweeten to taste
1 tlbs lemon juice
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 beaten egg
6 tlbs or butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
place sweetened peaches in a deep baking dish. sprinkle with lemon juice. sift in dry ingredients together, add beaten egg. mix with fork until crumble. sprinkle evenly over peaches. pour the melted butter or margarine over the crumb mixture. bake at 375º for 35 to 45 minutes or until crusty and brown
maybe be served warm with top cream, whipped topping or ice cream with a touch of cinnamon sprinkled over the top
