1 chicken or 4 6 chicken breasts
1 quart of water
1 teaspoon salt
1 16 oz package of spaghetti
1 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz jar chopped pimentos
2 cups grated cheese divided
1 small jar chopped mushrooms

Cook chicken in salted water; bone and dice. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth. Cook celery, onions in butter until tender. Combine all ingredients with 1 cup of grated cheese. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 250 for 1 hour.
