1 yellow cake mix
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water
1 pkg lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
{Glaze topping}
2 T melted butter
2T water
1/3 cup orange juice
2 cups confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 4 ingredients and beat 2 minutes
Add the eggs, one at a time. Beating each one as you go.
Pour into a greased 9x13x2 tube pan
Bake 40 minutes at 350
Mix the glaze ingredients
Prick holes in the cake and pour glaze all over

I always add 1/2 cup of lemon juice with the first 5 ingredients for a more lemon flavor
