2 C sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 C shortening
1 C brown sugar
1 C white sugar
2 eggs
1/4 C water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 C oatmeal
1 C chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and shortening. Add eggs, water, vanilla, and mix. Add chocolate chips and oatmeal. Mix well. Gradually add flour. Bake @ 375º for 8-10 minutes.
