1 C flour
1 T sugar
1/2 C butter
Pinch of salt
Mix together like pie crust and pat into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 deg. for 20-25 minutes. Cool.
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 C powdered sugar
1 C cool whip
Soften cream cheese and add powdered sugar and beat. Fold in cool whip. Pour on crust.
2 pkg. sm. raspberry jello
2 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries
2 C boiling water

Mix jello with water to dissolve. Add frozen raspberries. Let cool until slightly set. Pour over cheese layer and refrigerate. Top with whipped cream if desired.
