1 lb of Lump crabmeat
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 egg beaten
1 frozen hamburger roll
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg and pour over your crabmeat. Sprinkle the dry mustard and add mayonnaise. Gently toss together. Crumble a frozen hamburger roll into mixture. Toss together. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Make into patties and fry in butter for 3 or 4 minutes on each side on medium heat.
