1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 rounded T. flour
3 eggs beaten
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg, to sprinkle on top of pie before baking

Directions:
Directions:
Cream soft butter with sugar. Add eggs and flour. Beat well. Stir
in buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Bake 40-50 minutes
at 350º. Cool before serving.
