Ingredients: 2 cups milk 1 package of English Muffins, toasted and torn into 1" peices
1-1/2 cups milk 5 large eggs - 3 yolks - 2 whites (can sub egg beaters) 1 T chopped garlic 1-1/2 tsp salt 3/4 tsp black pepper 12 ounces of fontina or feta cheese 2 T chopped fresh sage 1 T chopped fresh thyme 1-1/2 tsps of herbes de Provence (rosemary, basil, marjoram, savory)
12 oz. smoke ham or chicken sausage 3 3-11/2 oz marinated artichoke hearts (drained) 1-1/2 cups of grated parm cheese 1 red roasted pepper

Directions:Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Coat 13x9x2 glass baking dish with non-stick spray. Cover english muffins with milk until milk is asborbed, about 10 minutes.
Whisk milk and next 4 ingrediants in another bowl to blend. Add Fontina cheese. Mix herbs in small bowl to blend.
Place half of bread mixture in prepared dish, Top with half of ham, artichoke hearts, half of the roasted peppers, herbs and cheeses. Repeat layering.
Bake uncovered until firm in center and brown around edges, about 1 hour
