1 onion
1 tsp. oil
1 can tamales
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 sm. can diced ortega chiles
1 can chile-no beans
5 flour tortillas
1 can cream corn
1 can hominey
1 can diced tomatoes
1 to 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large sauce pan, saute onion in oil until limp.
Remove tamales from can discarding fat and individual wrappers. Break tamales into small pieces and evenly place in bottom of oiled 4 qt. cassarole dish.
To onions add rotel tomatoes, chiles and chile-no beans. Heat and pour over tamales.
Cut tortillas in 1" squares and layer in cassarole.
Heat corn, hominey, diced tomatoes and pour over tortillas.
Top w/cheese & heat at 350 degrees about 30 min. til bubbly.
