2 squares bitter chocolate
1 T butter
1/2 C sugar
2/3 C evaporated milk (6 oz)
1/2 tsp vanilla
20 Oreo cookies
1/3 C melted butter
1 qt vanilla ice cream
2 T chopped nuts
whipped cream

Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat.
Stir in sugar and milk
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Cool thoroughly.
Place cookies in plastic bag and crush with rolling pin.
Mix cookie crumbs with melted buter.
Press into 9" greased pie dish to form shell.
Put in freezer.
Slightly soften ice cream. Pack into shell and put back in freezer until hardened.
Spread chocolate sauce on top and return to freezer utnil ready to serve.
Remove from freezer about 15 min before serving.
Top with whipped cream and nuts.
