1 bottle Del Monte Chili sauce
2 onions, diced and sauted
2 C catsup
2 C water
C beef broth (from the cooked beef)
3 T apple cider vinegar
2 T soy sauce
2T worcestershire sauce
dash cinnamon, cloves, garlic salt
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
some brown sugar to taste
10-15 lbs beef (rump roasts, etc.)

Directions:

Heat meat in covered roaster at 350º for 30 mins, then reduce to 200º and cook, covered in oven for 10-12 hours (overnight).
Shred cooked meat, make sauce and cover and head to reduce liquid, if necessary.

6 servings per pound
2X recipe = 75 servings

She prepared this recipe for all the girls at stake camp (Camp Shalom) and served on hamburger buns. It was absolutely wonderful, and she shared the recipe with me.
