24 oz. frozen apple juice concentrate
66 oz. water
1/3 pkg Montrachet wine yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Place the wine yeast in a small cup of 110 degree water, dissolve & wait until it begins to bubble.

Meanwhile place the apple juice conc. & water in a clean gallon jug.

Add the liquid yeast mixture to the jug, shake/stir.

Cover the top with plastic wrap and secure with a rubber band... do not us the cap that came with the jug.
Sit at room temp 2 days
Refrigerate 1 day
Drink on 4th day !!!

You may decant the cider off the yeast or... some like to stir up the yeast & enjoy the flavor. Your choice.
