1 T. olive oil
2 c. sliced onions
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
2 T. Balsamic vinegar
2 T. red wine
2 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil and cook onions 5-8 miinutes. Add sugar & cook 15-20 min. Add all other ingredients and cook 20 min. til thick & jamlike. Cook slowly.
Store 1 week in refrigerator. Use as condiment for meats or vegetable dishes.
