1-1/2 lbs. green beans
1/2C chopped red onion
1/2C crumbled feta
1/2C chopped walnuts
Dressing:

1T lemon juice
1T white wine vinegar
1 tsp Stone Ground Mustard
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3C olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all dressing ingredients and set aside.

Cook green beans until crisp tender. Plunge into cold water and pat dry.

Place beans on a serving platter and top with onion, feta and walnuts. Drizzle dressing over all.

Can make ahead of time. Beans taste even better when allowed to sit with the dressing.
