2 cups mochiko flour
1 cup sugar
1 can hawaiian sun/aloha maid juice plus water to make 2 cups.

mix all ingredients together, lightly grease a microwavable bundt pan. pour mixture into pan and cover with plastic wrap. microwave for 9 minutes.
cut when cool, roll pieces in katakuri(potato starch) or kinako
