1 Cup butter or margerine
2 Cups brown sugar
2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups oatmeal

Chocolate filling:
12 ounces chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 T butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Cream together butter/margerine, brown sugar, and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Press 2/3 mixture into cookie sheet.
Melt chocolate filling ingredients on stove.
Put chocolate filling on top. Add remaining 1/3 dough left over and sprinkle in chunks on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
