2 C peeled chopped peaches
3 T honey
2 1/4 C milk
1 pint peach or vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 tsp almond extract
Directions:
Directions:
Place peaches, honey, and a small amount of milk in blender.
Puree until almost smooth.
Add remaining milk, ice cream, and extract.
Blend about 1 minute, until smooth and frothy.
Serve in tall chilled glasses garnished with a fresh peach slice.
