18 tomatoes
1 green pepper
2 large onions
1 C vinegar
1 1/2 C sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ginger
Pinch of red pepper
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil tomatoes, remove skin, grind peppers and onions, and add all ingredients to large pot. Cook until thick, about 4 hours.

Hot pack (no need to process).
