Bacon, cut in half slices

Put cheese on top of each cracker. You can use as much cheese as you want to without letting it fall off. Wrap in bacon. No toothpick is required. Place crackers on a broiler pan rack and bake to 200º for 2 hours. Leave them on the rack to drain. Serve hot or cold. These may be frozen. If you are in a hurry, you may bake the crackers at 350º for approximately 20 min. or until crisp.
