2 pkgs. roman noodles
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 T. sesame seeds
3 chicken breast, cooked & shredded
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 bunch green/red leaf lettuce, chopped
6 T. olive oil
4 T. vinegar
4 T. soy sauce
2 T. granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Crush noodles, mix with almonds and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350º for 10 minutes. Cool well. Prepare chicken and salad. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Stir till sugar is dissolved. Shake well before pouring over salad. Pour over when ready to serve. Do not refrigerate the dressing. Olive oil does not do well when chilled.
Serves 6-8.
