Firm tofu---1 loaf (300g)
Bacon--- 2 pieces (30g)
Peanuts---10 pieces
Japanese Negi--- 4 inches (substitute: 1 Scallion)
Zasai (Chinese pickles)---20g (if you can find it)
Olive oil---1 tbsp.
Hawaiian salt and Fresh ground pepper---a little

1, Drain the Tofu, then
2, chop peanuts,
3, dice Japanese Negi (or scallion) ,and
4, chop zasai .
5, Scoop the Tofu and place in a deep dish plate.
6, sprinkle Japanese Negi (or scallion) and zasai on top
7, slice the bacon crosswise into 1/2 inch strips
8, fry the bacon in olive oil till crisp,then
9, add the peanuts and stir for 20 seconds.
10, Pour the resulting mixture over the Tofu,and
11, add Hawaiian salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
