1 cake mix (any flavor or brand)
1/4 c sugar
2 level tsp baking powder
1/4 c flour
1/4 c crisco oil
1 c milk (substitute for water)
1/3 c egg (substitue for water)-(1 egg equals 1/3 c)
3 additional eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
add additional dry ingredients to cake mix in a large bowl. Beat in crisco, milk and eggs. Beat at high speed, scrapings sides of bowl. The longer you beat it the better. Pour into sheet cake pan (9x13) or 3 round pans. Bake at tempature and time on box, making sure a large cake tests done in the middle before removing from oven
