1 lb package fettucini (cooked al dente)
3 Italian sausages
1 stick pepperoni
2 chicken breasts
1 bell pepper (any color but green)
1 onion chopped
1 package of sliced mushrooms
1/2 pint cream
1/2 c paremsan cheese
1/2 tsp nutmeg (the magic spice)

Ok, the way I do this is I grill everything that can be grilled (sausages, pepperoni, chicken breast & bell pepper). Let them cool and cut into bite size chunks.

Saute chopped onions, mushrooms in some olive oil until transluscent in a really really big pot (its all gonna have to fit). Add the meat, pepper, pasta and cream. Mix thoroughly and heat everything up. Add nutmeg and stir. Pour in parmesan cheese and mix well till it all is covered in creamy sauce. You may have to add some more cream and/or parmesan to get the texture you like (some like it soupy, some sticky).

Pour a serving into a big bowl and add more parmesan on top! Enjoy!!

To change it up some, I have added a couple of cloves of crushed garlic to the saute.

You will have to run several miles to get the fat content of this stuff out of your system. But when I created it, I have yet to have anyone say, "eh, didn't like it".
