2 c. fresh basil
1/2 c. pine nuts or walnuts
1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan
4 cloves garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
Directions:
Directions:
Process basil, add nuts, cheese & garlic. Process until finely chopped. Add oil while processor is running and SLOWLY mix in.

Serve over pasta or spread on tomatoes & broil. Freezes well.
