2 - 6 oz. jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 1/2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 T. butter
3/8 c. milk
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms, sauteed in butter
Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichokes, arrange in bottom of buttered 9x9 pyrex dish. Cover with thawed, drained (squeezed) spinach.
Cream butter and cream cheese. Gradually add milk. Mix with mushrooms & continue mixing until uniform. Spread over spinach. Top w/Parmesan cheese.
Refrigerate for 24 hrs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min
