3 onions chopped
2 tlbs butter
one pound ground meat
1 clove garlic minced
3 cups beef stock
2 cans (28oz) each tomates coarsely chopped
1 cup diced potatoes
1 cup diced celery
1 cup green beans
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup dry red wine
2 tlbs chopped parsley
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp thyme
salt & pepper to taste

Saute onions in butter in . In soup kettle cook groung meat until tender add garlic and cook until brown add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
