3 cans hominy
1 C. grated Monterey Jack Cheese
1/4 C. Chopped ripe black olives
1 ( 16 oz.) container sour cream
1 C. grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/4 C. chopped jalapenos ( more or less)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a large casserole dish and cook in oven for 30 to 45 minutes at 350º.
