1 egg white
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 C. brown sugar
2 C. pecan Halves
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until soft peaks will stand. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Fold in pecans. Place pecans on greased cookie sheetabout 1" apart. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and let stand in oven for another 30 minutes. Store in airtight container.
