1 ( 1lb.) powdered Sugar
1 ( 11 oz. ) Coffee-Mate
1 ( 8qt. ) box powdered Milk or ( 6 C. nonfat dry milk )
Directions:

Sift together and mix well. Store in airtight container. Place 2 Tablespoon in cup, fill with hot water.
