1 lb hamburger, browned with diced onion
Approx 5 medium potatoes
1-2 cans creamed corn
Velvetta Cheese (Optional)

Directions:
Brown hamburger with diced onions.
Boil and mash potatoes with butter and milk.
In ovenproof caserole layer hamburger, then creamed corn, then velvetta cheese sliced thin to cover corn. Spread mashed potatoes over top to cover. Dab with butter and bake at 350 for approx 45 minutes until it begins to bubble around edges of potatoes and potatoes begin to brown.
