1/2 lb. fresh spinach
1 pt. strawberries, hulled & sliced
2oz. sugared almonds (see below)

1/2 c. sugar
2 T . seasame seed
1 T. poppy seed
1 1/2 T. minced onion
1/4 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 T. paprika
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Wash and dry spinach. Arrange on individual plates with strawberries, or in clear glass bowl. Place dressing ingredients, except oil, in a blender. Add oil in a steady stream and blend on low speed until dressing is thick and creamy. Drizzle dressing over salad.
For sugared almonds, melt about 3 T. sugar in a small saucepan. Once sugar is clear, add almonds and stir constantly until light brown. Dump onto wax paper immediately and break apart. Garnish salad with almonds.
