Salad:
3 apples unpeeled, chopped (part yellow delicious, part red)
3/4 c. pecans or walnuts
3/4 c. celery
1/4 c. raisins

Dressing:
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 heaping T. flour
2 T. vinegar

Directions:

Mix 4 salad ingredients together in large bowl.

Mix first 4 ingredients well, then add vinegar. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Cool before tossing with salad.
