2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1/4 cup margaine (soft tub)
1 egg
1 egg white
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Splenda granular
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Mix oil and cocoa until smooth. Stir in margarine. Set aside. Beat egg and egg white with sugar until smooth. Add Splenda and beat until thick. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in cocoa mixture and vanilla. Spread in 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake in 350º oven for 15 minutes.
