2 to 3 lb. roast
1 pkg. Lawry's Au Jus sauce mix (or similar mix)
3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Trim all fat from beef and cut into fist-size chunks. Put in crock-pot with Au Jus and water. Stir to mix. Cook on low about 7 to 8 hours, till meat is falling apart. Shred beef with fork and you may continue to cook till ready to serve.
To serve, put portion of beef on split French roll to make sandwich. Put Au Jus into individual serving cups. Dip sandwich in Au Jus to eat. Serve with green salad or vegetable tray.
