3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3 x 1 inch strips
1 pouch Shake ‘n Bake Extra Crispy seasoned coating mix
1/2 c. Kraft shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Kraft Ranch Dressing or dipping sauces such as catsup, barbeque sauce, etc.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Coat chicken strips with coating mix as directed on the package. Place in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Continue baking until cheese is melted. Serve with the dressing for dipping.
