2 lbs Ahi (cut into 4 oz blocks)
1/4 cup oil

Blacken Powder:
1.5 oz Paprika
3.0 oz Onion Powder
2.5 oz Garlic Powder
1.0 oz Celery Salt
.25 oz White Pepper
.25 oz Black Pepper
.13 oz Rosemary
.25 oz Oregano
.25 oz Thyme
.13 oz Cayenne Pepper
.25 oz Coriander

*Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Put block of ahi in oil, then coat ahi in the blacken powder. Pre-heat pan to 425 degrees, place ahi in pan and cook each side for 2-3 seconds and set aside. Cut ahi into 1/4 inch pieces. When plating ahi, place ahi on thinly sliced head cabbage with lemon wedges. Serve with shoyu, mustard, or ponzu sauce.
