American Ring Salad Recipe

2 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 pkg. Knox gelatin
2 c. all purpose cream
1 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla
2 c. sour cream
2 sm.pkg. lemon Jello
1 can blueberries

1st layer:
2 pkgs. strawberry Jello. Dissolve in 3 1/2 c. hot water. Pour into mold. Set well.

2nd layer:
2 pkg. Knox gelatin. Dissolve in 1/2 c. cold water, then heat, but don't boil. Add: 2 c. heated all purpose cream, 1 c. sugar, 2 t. vanilla, 2 c. sour cream. Mix well. Pour over 1st layer and set.

3rd layer:
2 pkg. lemon Jello dissolved in 1 1/2 c. hot water, 1 c. blueberry juice & berries from can of blueberries. Pour over well-set 2nd layer.
