6 large zuccini
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 T. butter, melted
1/2 lb. cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Trim ends of zuccini. Cook covered in boiling water for
5 minutes. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out center of
each. Chop center. Combine zuccini cubes, bread
crumbs, onions, tomato, seasonings and butter. Toss
slightly. Fill each shell. Place in shallow baking dish.
Top with bacon and cheese at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
