1 lg. onion chopped
12 corn tortillas
1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1 lb. grated cheddar
1 can tomato sauce
1 lg. can black olives, sliced
1 c. water
8 oz. can baked beans
1 lg. can red chile sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in skillet until crisp, adding onion near end of cooking. Combine meat with tomato sauce, water & chile sauce. Bring to boil. Put layer of sauce in greased casserole. Cover with tortillas and cover with 1/4 for grated cheese and sliced olives. Repeat for 4 layers, pouring the can of baked beans over tortillas on top before adding cheese and olives. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hr. or until fork penetrated mixture easily and top is brown and bubbly.
