1 garlic clove
1c. red wine
beef boullion
1/4 lb. of beef chunks per person
Various vegetable chunks

Rub fondue pot with cut garlic clove. Leave garlic in pot. Add one cup red wine and enough beef bouillon to fill pot 1/2 to 3/4 full. Heat to bubbling and cook:
beef chunks
broccoli flowerets
Brussels sprouts
green pepper squares
cauliflower pieces

Make sauces with lo cal mayo or sour cream. Try:
Spice Islands Salad Herbs in mayo
Parmesan cheese in Mayo
Sweet & Sour Sauce
BBQ Sauce
The little ones even use ketchup!
