1 LB. HAMBURGER
1 CLOVE GARLIC, CRUSHED
2 TBSP. PARSLEY
1/4 C. PARMESAN CHEESE
1 TSP. SALT
2 (6 OZ.) CANS HUNTS TOMATO PASTE
1 TSP. SWEET BASIL
1 TSP. SALT
DASH OF PEPPER
1 TSP. SUGAR

COMBINE EGGS, HAMBERGER, GARLIC, PARSLEY, PARMESAN CHEESE AND 1 TSP. SALT. MIX WELL AND FORM INTO SMALL MEATBALLS; BROWN IN VEGETABLE OIL. MIX TOMATO PASTE WITH 3 CANS WATER AND REMAINING INGREDIENTS. POUR OVER MEATBALLS AFTER YOU HAVE DRAINED EXCESS OIL; SIMMER. FOR A THICKER SAUCE ADD MORE TOMATO PASTE.
